TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) All buyers must comply with the terms and conditions stated.

2) First come, first serve basis! Serious buyer pleaseeee! No backout towards last minutes!

4) Order & Reservation

** Order : 50% of deposit is required.

** Reserve : Reservation can only be made for a maximum of 3 days. Then all items must be paid off or it will goes to other interested buyer or will be released back for sale! Please note we take 50% deposit (of total selling price) if you like to reserve more than 3 days!

** No cancellation. Deposit is non refundable, so please think wisely before place an order or reserve any item.

6) DELIVERY

** Please note that items are posted using Royal Mail - regular airmail (means no tracking number). An extra free will be charged if you wish to register your parcel (RM30 for each parcel up to 2kg) - unless stated otherwise.

** Sorry, I'm not responsible for any damage or lost items during delivery.

** Again, if delays by postal service.

** Light items (scarves, clothes & handbags):
Please allow 5-10 working days for airmail delivery (excluding weekends & public holidays).

** Bulky & heavy items:
Please allow 6-8 weeks for seamail delivery.

** I keep all postal receipts. Email me if you need the tracking number (applied for registered postal only).

7) You must know that :

** I'll not be responsible if your item have been tax.
